Can't open clip studio paint

hello, my clip studio paint can't be opened. I've installed and re-installed, open software in offline mode, or deleted theCELSYS file but still can't. when I open this software, it is stuck on "getting started" and then closes again, I can't open it. and Anyway i got this csp from wacom, i heard there is a usage limit of 2 years, is this the reason? or what should I do. someone please help me, I can't do my job :(

1 year agoTry the FAQ and if that doesn't work, ask user support.
The 2 year usage limit has nothing to do with this trouble.
