Clip Studio Paint EX - assets link/page not working

I have Paint Ex version and cannot open asset page / Link if I click on it it just does not open, it briefly makes a load ikon but disappears and does nothing.
I cant open it from windows either only the paint program opens
There are many links to the asset program download page in the app but none work on my system
I have done a full reinstall as well as removed all previously downloaded assets to check if any were the cause

I used to have a desktop link to take me directly to the image I have attached (Image 1) that Ikon is now gone. and even a reinstall did not return it.

Please help me fix this issue,

    Are you using the most recent version of CSP? It looks like it's an older version.

    Yes, it is latest version, this version also made the shortcut key not work.
    I had to go in to the folder recopy the shortcut to make the program work.
    it still does not open up the asset page. that may be older image before applying update. version still does not work tho.

    I'm also having issues like this. To open Clip at all, I have to open a specific .clip file, and I'm also unable to use Clip Studio Assets. If I try to launch Clip Studio, it seems to load a little and then nothing. Pretty sure this isn't some sort of firewall issue, and I've reinstalled several times, and on a different drive entirely. What do?

    Still not resolved and its definitely not the firewall. I believe the program will not connect to the cloud. If you download via the webpage any user asset it shows as downloaded.
    once in the program it needs to connect to the cloud to reflect this. so it does not show at all currently as the connection is the issue. can anyone figure this out.?
