Help! I cant zoom out my art!

Hi Ya'll, Here's the rundown of what's going on.
I need to transfer my art to a new page so I can edit it for Instagram (for the dimensions and pixels Instagram requires of you in order for the art to look good). But as soon as I copy and paste the art down, it zooms in heavily. All I can see is a fraction of my art and I can't figure out how to zoom out so I can see all my work. And if you're wondering, I have tried to use the normal zoom out on the tool bar, but it won't zoom out the actual art piece. It will only make the art smaller or larger. And I need to figure out how to zoom out the art so I can see the whole piece. Hopefully you guys can help me out! Thank you!!

I think it's a natural behavior when copying and pasting an image larger than the canvas size.
Integrate and export images to output the size according to Instagram and check with an image viewer etc.
After copying, it would be nice to reduce it to an appropriate size by File → Create new from clipboard → Edit → Change image resolution.

Either change the page size to that of instagram (temporary) or flatten everything and convert to image, then copy paste.
