The software ends when you drag and drop a 3D material

When I try to use the purchased 3D material, when I drag and drop it, it freezes for a while and then crashes Crysta.
Other 3D materials can be used without problems, but only that material ends.
What should I do now?

I removed the multisampling check from the environment settings, but it didn't change.

1 year agoIt is the same creator as the material that had a similar question the other day.
I think it's likely that it's too heavy to open on the iPad...

When I contacted the creator, I was informed that it would be difficult if it wasn't a PC, and when I consulted with Celsys, I received a message that it would be difficult if it was a tablet.
Since I don't have a PC environment, I heard that Celsys support will be able to return the points I used, so I'm going to do that this time.
