I just got a new computer and wanted my old materials and brush options on it, but when I opened the cloud options on my old laptop it just turned blank. No options or anything, unlike my new computer. I'm really not sure why this is since I have the newest version of clip studio: 1.12.3.

1 year agoRestart it again, it's just a common leading bug. Sometimes waiting for a few minutes help too.
