activation code issue!!

I got CSP with a wacom tablet, which has now expired.
I selected 'purchase a plan' which I did, and it's showing up in my account, I have the confirmation email, but CSP is still asking me for an 'activation code' which I do not have.
Can anyone help me??

Serial numbers are for the One Time Purchase.
Activation Codes have to be specifically bought.
Subscriptions automatically get attached to your account.- English

1 year agoOpen Paint by clicking either EX or Pro under "Try Clip Studio Paint" then follow the instructions under "If the authentication screen does not display".
