XP-Pen tip and cusor not in the same place

I have a new XP-Pen Artist 13.3 Pro. When I try to draw on the pad, the cursor is not at the place where the pen rests on the pad. I have tried to recalabrate the pen and adjust the settings in Clip Studio, but nothing seems to work.
Very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
