I signed up for PRO and confirmed that the payment was completed, but I can't use some functions such as saving.

Originally I was using PRO with the time-limited license that came with the pen tab, but it expired, so I switched to the 1 device plan [annual].
I followed the installation instructions on the site and made a purchase from the [first-time applicants up to 3 months free] button. I was able to confirm the completion email, so when I launched the software, I could not use some functions such as saving and copying and pasting. .
Since there was no change even after restarting the application and PC, I thought that the function was restricted like a free trial version, so I was in trouble in this state for 3 months, so I canceled it → Contracted without free for 3 months with the same plan.
I confirmed that the payment was made from the contract date and the license change was completed, but the function is still restricted.
What should I do to get all the normal functions such as save to work? I would appreciate it if you could tell me if you know.

    The license authentication flow in the URL you sent has already been executed, but after starting the first contracted license again → starting the newly contracted license, it can now be used!
