How do I restore my license after formatting my tablet?

Recently I was forced to format my tablet due to a malfunction, and when I downloaded Clip Studio again from the galaxy store I'm being asked for an activation code which I'm not sure I have, I don't have it in any of my emails. Where is it or how do I obtain it? The only thing I have is the receipt of my subscription plan.
