Problems with XSplit and multiple Monitors

So my big issue i have is, that XSplit Broadcaster and CSP don't work well together.
What basically happens is, if XSplit is running the background, it lags the pen input drastically (both encountered on wacom and now on Huion as well) I was even talking together with a XSplit Support to find a solution, but we couldnt find anything, the only thing we found out is that if just one monitor is turned on and xpslit is running that the tablet wont lag! but that destroys the whole idea of using multiple monitors!
so i want to show you guys how it looks:
this is how the tablet acts when xsplit is running:

and thats how csp is working without xsplit

All drivers are updated and work fluently, im on the latest csp version 1.7.3 (i hope the 1.7.4 fixes it)
can someone please help me fixing this issue other than disabling all multiple monitors?
