Hello, can you help me? I am already despairing. Where do I enter the serial number?
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice now. Where is the serial number button...there is one for activation code..but not serial number. I've also tried to find out more on the inet and I've been at it for so long.

1 year agoYou didn't specify the device you're using in your question, but the 30-digit serial number is for PCs (Windows/MacOS) only.
I don't think it will be displayed unless the device you are using is Windows or MacOS.

I use a laptop (windows 8.1)..I had tested the trial version for few weeks and everything worked great.
That's why I decided to buy it, but I don't know where to enter the serial number. The program says there is a field somewhere "I already have a license". But where is that?

1 year agoFor now, please confirm the 30-digit serial number.
From CLIP STUDIO PAINT's help menu "Check / change license". (CLIP STUDIO is a separate program)
Even if it is displayed well, all 30 digits are not displayed for security reasons. If the first 18 digits match, there is no problem.

1 year agoPS: Since the 30-digit serial number will be reused, it is recommended to store and manage it in a place other than a computer.

1 year ago"PAINT" in the upper left of CLIP STUDIO is CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
As I said before, it is the help menu of CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
