I accidentally deleted my custom brushes, is there a way to restore them?

As said in title, I deleted my brushes. I wanted to remove a certain sub tool but missclicked and deleted a wrong one. There were lots of brushes and most of them were imported from .abr files. I don't remember where I took them, so there is no chance that I can have them back by importing again.
Also I didn't have a backup etc so I'm really nervous right now.

It says "as I said in the title", but if it's a custom brush, you can't expect it to be restored if you delete it.
If it is an existing brush material, it can be restored even if it takes time.

In particular, care must be taken when handling "custom brushes". Don't make it unique.
In the sense of insurance, it is recommended to save the "custom brush" externally (.sut) with "Export sub tool" from the "Ξ" menu on the upper left of the sub tool palette.

Okay. It seems like it can't be helped. Thanks for the response, anyway
