1 year agoi've had this pen for a little under a year, and it's worked fine until now. I did go to the manufacturer's customer service line, and they told me to buy a new pen, but i don't have the money for that, which is why i'm asking here.

1 year agoFrom the official support of the pen tablet,
There is a high possibility that the pen may be damaged.
You suggested that it would be better to just buy a new pen.
If so, I think there is a high possibility that the pen itself is broken.
The pen that comes with this pen tablet is
It looks like it's rechargeable, but does it have enough charge?
Also, is there any deterioration of the cable?
Please check if the terminals are properly connected.
If the pen battery is completely discharged,
Since it is thought that charging will start immediately after
I think it will take some time.
Deterioration of the cable on the pen tablet side, whether the terminal is firmly inserted all the way, etc.
We hope that you will also check it.- Japanese

1 year agoDepending on the warranty at the time of purchase,
I believe there is a warranty for several years.
Are you not included in such things?
If there is such a thing, if it is subject to repair of the failure
It may be possible to repair within the amount described there.
Since it is less than a year old, did it deteriorate quickly over time?
Unfortunately, some items are defective.
Especially if you don't seem to be doing rough handling
(Did you drop your pen too often?)
Maybe it wasn't well maintained.
If there is no problem with cables and terminals, please check.
As advised by the support, I think it will be a replacement for the pen (only)
(It's not a replacement for the entire main unit, is it?).- Japanese
