How do I know that I can put Clip Studio on an another devaice withouth buying it again?

My laptop works well. But I will get an another device so I can draw digitaly not just home. So it would be on two devices. But I don't know if I can do that without buying the softwear gain. How can I check if I can do put this softwear there? (Sorry fot the bad English, it's not my first laungvige.)

Depends on what the OS platform of the different device is. You didn't specify that, so I can't say.
