I haven't found a way to get the mobile app to open files from OneDrive either.
Any suggestions?

1 year agoThanks for the reply. The issue is that it will not work CMC files (multiple pages).
Additionally, Android OS doesn't recognize the .clip file type as associated with Clip Studio (despite being Samsung's flagship app for creatives).- English

1 year agoFirst, download the file from OneDrive to your GalaxyTab.
Then, start GalaxyTab's CSP → File menu → [Open] → Select the file downloaded to GalaxyTab.
By the way, is the CSP you're using on your GalaxyTab the [EX] version?
The [PRO] version cannot open .cmc files.
If you cannot open the file after downloading it with [EX], please contact support.

1 year agoHello,
Yes, I have EX.
The problem is two-part:
1. CSP (Android) requires the file to be 'imported' into the app's internal memory. This works for .clip files but not .cmc (multi-page) files.
2. Android OS doesn't recognize a .clip file as belonging to CSP and won't open it via a File Manager app (OneDrive, MyFiles, Google Drive, etc.)

I've also not heard back from CS Support.- English
