hi i like to know how long does it take from being lifted from a restriction ? Cause i have tried for a year and a half asking for my restriction to be lifted , and i have yet to get any answers from anyone especially from support.. they havent answered me yet about when has my restriction been lifted.. reason why i would like to start over , and make new stuff on assets ..

ok im literally lost in this answer im very confused, i never did anything malicious at all, nor did anything at the point I even sent them a letter of what happened and explained everything and how it happened, I even explained this to one of my fallowers and when i told them this they beleived me.. when it comes to 2 people talking at once explaining 2 sides of different things , that would get a person confused.. I had no intention of breaking there rules or policy at all. So why is it they cant just for once just let me know something, I never did anything wrong, putting a person on restriction cause they were confused cause 2 people were telling 2 things at once , is just wrong...

if i lose all my clippies i will not be able to purchase anything in assets.. the only way i was able to earn clippies i made materials like making stickers or uploading my pictures that i took from wild life. Making me out like im some kind of criminal is just wrong... i would never do that to them... i was strictly confused cause 2 people were telling me one thing and the other person was telling me another ...

thats why im trying to reach them , its been so long , and last time i tried to upload something , it said im restricted from using assets, and that was back in 2020, since then i have not yet tried to make any materials cause i might get the same message, I have never done anything, all this because 2 people were talking to me at once, cause some person told me they could use there image as a background for my picture, they were being nice, when doing so and i uploaded my picture , one person said something . Then another person said something.. i literally got confused as to what was going on then i got penalized.. and restricted from using assets then i went back to the person who let me use there image.. and told them ,, i got in trouble.. and they told me .. " oh im so sorry about that.. " .. all because i literally didnt know ... they should have made it clear... if someone is being nice and they offer to let you use there stuff.. ... then there wouldn't be issues...

then why was i restricted in the first place I dont get it, I would never go against there policy, not ever, ive tried to upload stuff in the past when taking pictures , I tell them to please let me know if something is wrong with the picture and i would be happy to take it down, but , Ive been using clipstudio since ive heard about it, and i really dont want to go to another place, cause nothing is better than what this program has to offer, all i would like for is to have my restriction lifted thats all, I mean if there was a way to actually talk to one of the Celsys people themselves then i would and i would explain it to them myself.. but that is impossible..

that right there , they never told me any of that, had i heard that before, i would have never did what have cause the confusion to what lead to this, they should have told me this, from the start. :( Some of this they dont even tell me, they tell me the policy stuff or what has been changed but never of the other stuff that i wasnt aware of..

i tried that with them :( and i have yet to get any answers from them its been a year a half, all i would like to know is there any way to negotiate to where i can start over, I really do not want to lose my trust with Celsys , they have really helped me alot, with my exceeding with my work, is there any way to Negotiate and and contact so i can be given a chance ? Cause this wasnt my fault .
