I'm trying to move CSP to my new desktop (both Pro and EX purchased separatly early this year). I used my original disk to upload it into my PC, then updated the software with the links provided in the licence options.
However, I'm having issues with EX. When I added in the serial number to activate , it's still missing lots of features such as webtoons and etc.
I found a post about this from a year ago, but when I downloaded from the page mentioned, nothing changed. I also restarted my computer and still no changes.
The version on my first device is 1.11.14.
On my new desktop it's 1.9.4
Help please.

1 year agoIf you have trouble installing the latest version, please uninstall 1.9.4 first.
Uninstall CLIP STUDIO PAINT → Uninstall CLIP STUDIO (launcher program)
→ then download the latest version → install
