I put in my license number and nothing happened? usually it renews itself but this time i had to put in the serial number myself. it worked well for years but suddenly i cant use it? am i doing something wrong?

For the Wacom bundled version, it is a long-term trial version that expires in a maximum of 730 days.
You can purchase the regular version at a preferential price using that serial number.
