I bought Clip Studio Paint on my iPad and I got my license number and everything! But now when I try to register it’s not working and I’ve tried everything. When I go to the I already have a License/ Free Offer screen it just says I don’t have one. When I tried to enter my license number as an activation code it didn’t work and I tried to follow the instructions to put the license code in the app but it won’t even get me get the input license screen. Note that I’m doing this all on iPad and I’m getting very frustrated, I just bought it and I really want to work it, please help me :(

1 year agoThe iPad version has nothing to do with the serial number of the PC version, so what you're doing is wrong.

It may be better to check if you have installed the iPhone version by mistake.
Since the iPad version and iPhone version icons are the same, there is a possibility that you may have installed it by mistake.
