Does anyone know how to switch poses?

I downloaded a pose that had a male and female version but the male is the one that shows up and I'm still new to all this so the settings bar that pops up just confuses me. How do I switch it to the female pose?

9 days agoFirst drop in the model and then drop a pose on top of it. You can find female in 3d>body shape.
