Clip Studio Paint does not accept my debit card (especially when it was discounted before)

So Clip Studio Paint refuses to accept my debit card when trying to purchase Clip Studio Paint, and even contacted support long time ago too. They never responded at all. So now with having lost the opportunity to buy CSP that used to be discounted, what then? And is there any reason why support have been completely unresponsive?

    That's pretty shameful especially with nonexistent customer support, especially with CSP not accepting payment from me. If any, its only going to hurt their profits because they only made CSP available in specific regions and not territories at all. I even wanted to buy it and try it out, but instead they limit buyers in select countries and won't accept customers from territories. It's just disappointing, really.

    When contacting official support,
    It states that a reply will arrive within 2 days.
    If you have not received any reply after waiting for two days or more, please contact us again.
    Also, please check that there are no errors in the entered e-mail address.
    If you use the contact form,
    The reply destination is the email address registered in the CLIP STUDIO account.
    Please check if it has not arrived there.

    Where are you from and which version (One Time Purchase or Monthly/Annual) are you trying to buy? Have you cantacted your bank, since it might be read as an international purchase?

    To get any real solutions to your issue, you do have to keep contacting Support, since it's just other users here.
