Lost access to old account but still have the serial number

I got Clip Studio Paint a few years ago by serial number
I also had an account, but unfortunately I lost access to the e-mail address for this account
The program was still running on my old PC without me being logged in, so I thought that the serial number was not linked to the account.
But now I have a new PC and I want to download Clip Studio Paint again.
Unfortunately, I can no longer find the place where you could have entered the serial number, and I'm also not sure whether the system with the serial number still exists or whether only license keys are issued.

I would be very happy about an answer

    not a new account
Go back to your old account and change your email address
    Please delete the new one
I think the license key remains on the My Page of the old account

If you purchased the download version of CLIP STUDIO PAINT on your old PC,
You should have received the notification email at the time of purchase and the serial number notification email.
Don't you have an email from that time?
A one-time payment license can be installed on up to two PCs. (Two units cannot be started at the same time)
Because it is an important thing that can be inherited later,
It is important to manage it carefully by leaving it in e-mail or paper media by yourself.

Since ASK is a general user forum, there is no reply from the management side.
    Please contact official support.

    Only one account per person.
Possessing more than one is against the rules.
It is possible to have multiple licenses.
    Account ≠ license.

Ok update, I found the login data for my old Clip Studio account on the password manager from my inactive email, I have no idea how that's even possible, but I'm very happy, if everything goes well I'll delete the 2nd account again, I know I just don't know how I should make the e-mail from my old account my new e-mail, because I don't have access to this e-mail

Are you unable to log in to your old account?

To change your registered email address,
You can change it from your account menu.
After logging in to the old account, if you can change the email address to a new email address that is currently available
After that, you will be able to receive it there, and the email address you use when logging in will also switch to that address.

I would like to ask the official support to explain the situation and ask if there is a solution.

I'm glad you were able to log in with your old account.

After that, I think that you can use it by activating the license on the new PC.
