3D Models Won't Load

So I'm having problems loading my 3D models in Paint. All the default models - including the poses - are all gone, even the generic T-pose that comes with the program. So I donwloaded new models to replace them, and whenever I load them in, the program freezes and I have to shut it down. Any idea what's going on?

I think it would be better to write the product name of the computer.
