The opacity option is now missing from my program. I need it

Is it layer opacity?
Is it the opacity of the brush?
For layers, it's in the layers palette.
The brush can be found by opening the tool property or sub tool detail window.
There is an item that can adjust the opacity in the ink item.
It will be displayed if you turn ON the check for the necessary items in the upper menu and window.
