cant find works in "Manage Works" after switching computers

my computer had been acting slow for a while so i decided to get it fixed. turns out they had to delete everything and now that it works and i logged in i cant find my works. does anyone know if theyre permanently deleted?

Be sure to save it properly, including backups.

1 year agoBack up to external media or the cloud in advance and then format it.
If you do not reinstall the software, the data saved only inside the computer will be lost.
