Unable to find file???

I've been using Clip Studio for a while now. Whenever I begin a new piece, the file goes missing after a few days. I don't move the file or delete it, I don't even change the name but Clip Studio says that it's unable to find the file. The file even disappears from my computer. Can anybody please help me figure out what's going on??

If it helps I just recently moved my account from one device to another. This only started happening when I transferred devices.

It is very rare that saved files are deleted without permission.
    > The file will also disappear from my computer.

It is displayed in the work management on the CLIP STUDIO side,
NOT FOUND is also displayed when the file is deleted, such as when the save location or file name is changed.

It seems that the file has disappeared from the PC, so maybe that's why it's not displayed in the work management?

Only one CLIP STUDIO account per person.
Possessing more than one is against the rules.
For the time being, do you mean that the environment etc. have been transferred from another device?

The data where it is NOT FOUND is
If the corresponding original file (.clip format) remains on the PAINT side
Open it, make some changes and save.
Changes can be made by displaying one layer → hiding → returning to display and saving.
If you do so, it will be displayed on the work management side as well.

Because there may be a problem with the terminal itself,
I think it would be better if you contact the official support directly.
Since ASK is a general user forum, there is no reply from the management side.

If you have your files in one drive or the like, then that may be your problem.
