Am I able to transfer data from my pc to my phone app?

I am considering paying the subscription for the phone app so I can work on commissions on the go, after doing some research, the deciding factor now is if I am able to transfer the data of a drawing I'm working on on my pc to the phone app. I know there's the 'cloud' thing and I would be able to login to my csp account on my phone but I haven't seen anything about transferring data. Is this something I'm able to do?
