Just bought the pro version, tried to enter the code, but it asks me to enter a 12-13 letter one and the one that I received is much longer and doesn't work. I'm so confused and starting to freak out a bit. And the "I already have a license" button doesn't appear either. Help, please :( what am I doing wrong

13 days agoIf it is a 30-digit alphanumeric character starting with SP, it is the serial number issued when purchasing with a lump sum payment.
It is used differently than an activation code.
