Trying to upgrade. Won't let me purchase?? Issue with serial?

I have clip studio one, a perpetual license. I want to get the upgrade for clip 2 (perpetual license) Last night I went to buy it, but it didn't like my credit card. So today I have a different credit card and went to buy it and now I get this message

I dont know what to do

I already tried clearing my cookies. Same issue.

I'm using windows and only have clip on one device.

    Hey! I have the same problem. I also sent a email to the CLip studio team but they have ment that they are busy and I would have to reply to them if it's urgent. So I did. Let's see what happens.

    I am having the very same problem. I have sent an email , got a generated one back. I've also posted here, contacted on twitter and instagram with nothing. I am hoping they answer this soon.

    You have to contact support. Keep in mind that support will be slow, but be sure to follow their instructions in their e-mails when they arrive in your e-mail inbox If you follow the steps correctly, you should be able to get your upgrade reinstated and try again.

    You may need to contact your bank to approve the purchase and do NOT close the page when you are able to check out the second time should your card get rejected again.
