1 year agoI am having the very same problem. I have sent an email , got a generated one back. I've also posted here, contacted on twitter and instagram with nothing. I am hoping they answer this soon.

1 year agoYou have to contact support. Keep in mind that support will be slow, but be sure to follow their instructions in their e-mails when they arrive in your e-mail inbox If you follow the steps correctly, you should be able to get your upgrade reinstated and try again.
You may need to contact your bank to approve the purchase and do NOT close the page when you are able to check out the second time should your card get rejected again.
