What is the horizontal screen of auto action?
To rotate a layer, select the layer you want to rotate
If there are multiple layers, there is a method such as putting all layers in a folder
select a layer or folder
Select Rotate under Transform in the Edit menu
Set the rotation angle to 90 or -90 in the transformation of the tool property palette
To rotate the canvas
Select Rotate 90 degrees clockwise or Rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise from "Rotate/flip canvas" in the Edit menu
