Upgraded to 2.0, no license received and V1 license is now gone
(Yes I am 99% sure i typed my email correctly)
Furthermore I have now permanently lost my V1 license, it's just gone now. I am completely unable to use the program. My money went through and i lost my 20$ but have gotten nothing and have now lost my previous license which was full price.
Am i supposed to lose my previous license from upgrading, cause that is just dumb that I wasted about i think 60$ for V1 for it to then be permanently removed and if so they need to make that clear when purchasing the upgrade! Now I feel kinda scammed that I payed 20$ and now have absolutely NOTHING. I don't know what to do and am completely panicking.

2 months agoPersonally I also had a moment of panic I received the activation code long after my purchase. (I also lost the V1)
My other concern, with V2 .. you can only use it on one device and not both as with V1. And this V2 we do not receive updates, the new policy is clearly turned towards money +++
2 months agoThe same thing happened to me except I may or may not have typed in the email wrong?? at this point im not even sure anymore. But yeah my v1 license is gone and i haven't received the v2 code. With the v1 license gone i cant even attempt at a second purchase and my bank was speedy af so the payment got processed and now im also left with no v2 code that i paid for and not even v1 (from like 2016). I am so stressed oml and it's been pretty much a week(I purchased on 17th), I've gotten no response from support. At this point it really do be feelin like a scam Q-Q
