Why doesn't my license appear?

I bought clip studio paint one time license but the software keeps telling me I don't have a plan and I can't update the application to the latest version. I tried to enter the serial number again, it says I can use the software but if I go to [Help] > [Rewiew/change license] it keeps asking me to enter either the activation code or the 30 digit serial number.
I honestly don't know what to do anymore.

2 months agoIf you have a 30-digit serial number, how about installing version 1.x once and activating the license?
Version 2.0 released on March 14 cannot be activated with a serial number (1.x perpetual license).

If you want to purchase a license of version 2.0, after performing license authentication with the application of version 1.x, please purchase after confirming that the possessed license is displayed in the contract information.
