File displays up-to-date version of illustration, but opening it brings up an old back-up.

I believed to have saved a file and thought it was safe when it displayed on the Manage Works page, but the next day when I opened it I saw the file had lost the most recent progress. All back ups in the DocumentBackup and InitialBackup files are previous versions. My backups on cloud + sync history do not have most recent version despite saving and syncing. Because the thumbnail displays the correct version I last worked on I am hoping that there is a way to restore that one to a file and continue working on it!

1 year agoI don't know the cause, but I think it's better to ask support to repair it.
