"Waiting for save completion" keeps appearing and I can't save

After setting the version of Christa to 2.0.0,
When saving, it will be "Waiting for saving completion" and it will not be saved for more than 10 minutes.
(It happened twice, both times I forced it to end from the task manager)

PC environment
・ Windows 10pro (CPU Core i7-4770 Memory 32GB)
・CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX(64) Version2.0.0

[Assumption] Both are comic data, and I am working with the story editor open.
【First time】
When saving (Ctrl + S) on comic data, "Waiting for completion of saving" appears and it cannot be saved for more than 10 minutes,
Force quit from task manager. Although some were restored, the page that was just opened was not restored.
*This is likely due to the fact that the page was moved while the story editor was open.
【Second time】
Occurs when copying dialogue on the story editor, pasting it to another page and saving (Ctrl + S).
Even if you leave it for about 30 minutes, it will not be saved, so force quit.
I saved it every time, so I was able to rewind it a little, but it wasn't completely restored.

I would like to know if anyone has had a similar issue or if there is a workaround.

Please check here once. In particular, security settings may be the problem.
    https://support.clip-studio.com/en-us/faq/articles/20200181
Also, if it is possible to save to another drive in the PC, please try that as well.
There may also be a problem with the drive itself where it's stored.

Also, please check if there is an update for windows.

Before saving, try backing up for the following link as a remedy.

    Thanks for the workaround!
I didn't check the FAQ in detail because there is no failure error.

・Specify the save destination in the terminal → originally built-in HDD
・Microsoft Defender → Off, so no problem
・Update security software ・Exclusion settings → Excluded (especially no change from ver1)
・We update Windows manually, but it is displayed as the latest before and after Crysta ver2.

There is no problem when using other data such as illustrations (same for the storage drive),
I was worried because it was only while using the story editor both times it occurred.

I don't have much time to deal with it at the moment, and it would be a problem if it occurred frequently during work, so I'm temporarily downgrading it (currently there is no problem, but I'm worried because I don't know when it will occur)
When I switch to 2 again in a few days, I would like to find a reliable method while trying to save it to another internal drive.

I have the same issue since I upgraded to version 2.

After canceling and returning to the canvas,
In the first aid method (copying and saving the layer to another canvas) in the URL you answered
I managed to save the data, but when I save it several times after that, the same phenomenon occurs again.

It didn't appear until version 2, so it would be nice if it could be handled in an update in the future...

Thank you for the information! You can press cancel... ?
The first time I was stuck and couldn't press cancel, so I didn't touch it the second time and gave up in the same way, but maybe I was able to press it.
It is helpful to be able to deal with emergencies.

However, it will not be work, so it would be nice if I could prevent it from occurring...

I'm not very familiar with the manga function, so other people may answer, but the same case may have been reported to the support side, so I think you should try contacting the support.

It seems that the atmosphere is quite crowded at the moment, so it may take some time to answer, but if version 1 can survive during that time, it may be better.

After posting ASK, I sent an inquiry to support.
I was wondering if there might be information on ASK, so I will continue to leave it as it is as a recruitment.
Thank you for the information about the congestion!
