Trouble with deleting animation cells

I'm using Clip Studio Paint EX and in the middle of working on an animation, deleting cells no longer works reliably.
I press the Delete button and nothing happens, the frame remains in the timeline. Every now and then, it will work, but it takes around 10 tries for the frame to actually delete.

Using Edit Track > Delete does not work either.

I tried reopening the program and the problem is still occurring.

Does anyone know what the problem is? Is this a bug?

The “cell name” displayed there is actually a layer name.
Even if the cel name on the timeline disappears, the "cel name" remains on the layer palette.
If you want to remove it completely, you should also remove the layer.

I understand that. To be more specific, I'm trying to remove the cell from the timeline, not from the project. Deleting the cel from the timeline is what I am trying to do, and nothing is happening when I press "Delete."

    actually verified. "I don't know if it's a specification or a bug."
In "Example 1" below, "Layer 2" is registered at frame "7" on the timeline. In this case, you can select Delete.
In "Example 2", "Layer 2" is displayed from frames "7" to "11" on the timeline, but frames "8" to "11" are aliased.
I don't think you can select delete. I don't know if it's by design or a bug. How about matching the official support?

Unfortunately, it seems like the question is closing automatically.
Also I'd like to add to my response before that deleting the layer does not remove the cel from the timeline and doesn't work.

I'm still getting this issue . I found that using "Cut" instead works. Not a fix to the issue but at least a way around it I guess.
