Won't let me buy a subscription, how do I work through this?

For three days I have tried to buy a subscription for my widows 11 computer but every time I enter my card information it tries to load then tells me it can't go through either my selected card and to try another one but I have tried every card I own and it says that each time. I know I have the money to but it but it still won't let me
