Unable to find key or log into the site for keys

My old laptop had to be scrapped and I couldn't retrieve any of my old data before it happened. I can't find a serial key for my program and there is none in my email. I followed the FAQ steps but couldn't log into that program either. But I do have confirmation of the purchase on my credit card statement. I don't know what to do.

17 days agoCLIP STUDIO logs in to manage materials and licenses.
CLIP STUDIO PAINT basically does not require login.
However, when using for the first time, log in with "Confirm/change license" in the help menu to activate the license.
