Giving someone a drawing I created

I am an old dog learning a new trick basically. I’m new to drawing, and learning to draw and using the program. Anyway, a friend of mine asked me to make something for him which I did and now I’m stuck on something that is probably super easy and I’m just overcomplicating. How do I take a drawing from ClipStudio and give it to him so he can have it as his own? I literally just want to e-mail him some of my drawings so that he can have them. Do I export as JPEG? How do I get a drawing out of ClipStudio and onto my desktop so I can just send it like as an e-mail attachment or something. I was going to export but then I got all confused cause there’s like export single layer, export multiple layers… I don’t know, I’m sure I’m overcomplicating this. Like is there a way to make a multi-layer drawing into a finished single image JPEG so that I can just e-mail it to him? Man I feel stupid asking this LOL? I feel like it should be easy but I just can’t figure it out. Thank you for your input.
