Clip Studio Stopped Working Properly

I have a licensed and registered copy of Clip Studio. Until recently it worked properly. Now my workspace does not load at all. I tried resetting the workspace to its default setting and that doesn't work either. The program behaves as if it were a trial version that has expired but I bought clip studio a long time ago. Also, I can't import materials and workspaces on this site. The system doesn't recognize the materials I already have on the system. The problem started a few days ago. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. I need help.
