A 5, good colors but the mix looks dirty, I recommend more practice, you're doing well!
The pose (Especially that hand) has wrong perspectives, you can try to take the pose yourself in front of the mirror to see what position the hand should have, or you can look for photographic references or the CSP 3D model tool

Making use of blending channels is a nice way to shade and add effects easily and safely. (Using a multiply channel with a dark blue lets you cover the art in shadows and a light yellow to "carve" out the light makes it super easy! Glow dodge or Add glow with a super blurry brush is great for glows and shines, using the finger tool to smudge it can make some pretty effects if you want to do magic or something)

The clipping layer feature is a life saver as well, especially for shading and stuff, a quick google search of how it works will easily explain it better than I could.

Using the 3D models the program has in-built is a perfect way to check perspective and stuff before doing that actual painting process, plus there are plenty of free models you can download on the asset store from other users, so if you need a specific item it's a great way to study the perspective with it.

The reflections are a tad off, the a reflection will almost always appear directly under the object being reflected relative to the camera.
If you have a nice computer using Blender to create simplistic enviorments (It doesn't have to be complicated, just boxes and stuff) to make a mock up of the enviorment to test how light will reflect, bound and all that stuff. It's a nice way to study light.

    As for suggested channels.

Those three I like, the information they give is good and generally applies to most situations so it's something that will improve most anything you do.
I love seeing artists try to improve, so do not give up and do not compare yourself to other artists, only compare yourself to your yesterday self.
Also, try looking up art practice routine videos as well, every artist, even the pros still do practice routines.

Keep posting your stuff here because we'll love to see it.
