Adjusting Angle of Radial Line Ruler?

When creating a "Radial Line" ruler; is their a way that I can adjust the angle? The option is there but it's always grey and unselectable? Even for the object tool settings for the ruler.

Manual drawing in a free radial direction based on the center point.

Yes, but when I draw a line from center of ruler outward I am restricted of angle direction. Only when I go from outward in does it work fine...whats wrong?- English

3 months agoIf you say "If you draw a line outward from the center of the ruler, the direction of the angle is limited."
I don't think there is any limit to the angle, as it is all about the very subtle operation of the pen tip.
