I would like to know how to modify the line color of various layers all at once.
So, if you know anything about this, please advise.

As a basic operation, there is no function to change the line color of multiple selected vector layers all at once.
I can't say anything because I can't see the entire layer palette in the presented image, so I don't know the upper configuration.

    As an alternative,
Create a range of lines by enclosing all vector layers in one folder (From the layer menu, select "Selection from layer" and "Create selection"),
How about creating a raster layer above the corresponding folder and coloring it with any color with "Fill" to "make it look like the color has changed"?

Currently, there is basically no function to extract line elements from vector layers, so it is possible to extract vector lines using some kind of auto action,
Since the explanation of the method is time consuming, we omit it.

Thank you for kindly leaving an answer to a question that lacks an explanation.
I'll try it myself as you commented next time.
Thanks, it was a big help ^^
