How to copy any one frame to another track

It is possible to copy and paste within the same track (same animation folder), but shouldn't it be moved to another track? Is there any way to do it? Can't we combine tracks?

Copying and pasting to move to another track uses Copy & Paste and another command in the Edit menu.
Since the operation is crowded, it is an English version manual.
