I was trying to apply color correction → level correction to apply glow effect, but level correction can not be done.
It is not a dark feeling that is common in making, etc. The screen becomes whitish as a whole like the image below.

5 years agoBeing whitish means that some processing is done
I think that there is no problem of level correction itself
What is the making making reference?
I do not know exactly what kind of layer structure it is
Can you tell us about capture and work procedures etc
Even if you wear glow, you can not glow by only level correction
Especially I think that you can capture the layer palette
