Can't find downloaded brush in CSP PRO. Where is it?

I downloaded a brush from ASSETS for my Clip Studio Paint Pro, but i can't find it in the program or the celsys folder or the download folder of my mac. Maybe somebody can help me?

Brushes and materials downloaded from ASSETS are stored in the "material" palette "download".
It is a file format that can not be deciphered even if the user directly opens a folder on the system, so it is managed by CLIP STUDIO PAINT as a palette.

thanks much for your help. your post helped me much in the end. but at first i had to update my version. some featueres came with updates and the part with the possibility to use the download stuff was completely missing. but thanks to you i had a nice manual for finding the downloaded tools. :)

To add to the previous answer: after you locate the brush in the downloads folder of the materials palette, select it and then look at the bottom of the palette for a button that looks like a clipboard. If you press that it will add the selected brush to the sub tool palette. Then you can use it.

hi there, thanks for the fast answers. but when we have the next problem. in the materials palette of csp is no download folder shown.
i looked in the download folder of my mac too, where he saved his downloaded stuff, but it's empty.
does it maybe depends on the csp pro version that it won't work? i didn't see something for updates in the program, so i couldn't update it since i bought it 2 years ago.
