When the scanner does not have 350 dpi About the scanning of the analog picture for color

Hello.
I have two questions.
① As in the image, there is no resolution 350 in the setting of a new scanner,
When the resolution of the new canvas of the clip studio was set to 350 dpi,
Will the loaded line drawing be 350 dpi?
If not, do you think it is better to scan at 400 dpi?

② Scanned manga manuscript with pen in monochrome,
When scanning a line drawing of a color illustration, it is scanning with 256 gray scale gray,
Is it better to scan in 256 tonal gray or 256 color, whichever is better?
If you know, could you tell me?
Thank you.

Please capture the resolution at 600 dpi and shrink it to 350 dpi on the crystal side.
At that time, choose [High precision] for [Complement method].

Is it okay for line drawings to read one color of black ink?
When scanning [color setting] → [256 color], since it reads in 256 colors in total for three channels of RGB
There is a possibility that the picture quality is inferior to the 256 gradation reading with gray 1 channel.

For details on color depth please read this.
