Paste copy of layer 1 part to other layer

Is it possible to paste a copy of one part in another animation layer in the same animation folder to another layer? When you try to select → copy → paste, a layer with the selection layer of the original layer "○ a" is added and it will not paste on the layer you want to paste.

If the timeline is valid, copy and paste will automatically create a new layer in most cases.

There are two solutions. (It is explanation from the state right after pasting both)

    1) Turn off "Activate Timeline" from the "Timeline" of the animation menu, all the layers overlap.
It hides the eyeballs other than the "○ a" layer and the layer to which it is pasted (if it has a large number of layers it is very troublesome)
Move / edit the "○ a" layer accordingly and execute "Transfer to lower layer" or "Merge to lower layer".
(When "Transfer to Lower Layer" is done, "Layer with no content" will remain, so delete it unnecessary.)
When transcription is completed turn "Enable timeline" on.
Display the highlight of all layers hidden in the previous step.
(It may be difficult to understand if the display is confused depending on the drawing situation because on / off of the timeline is not familiar)

    2) Select the layer to be pasted and hold down the shift key or Ctrl key and select the "○ a" layer (note the order of selection)
Execute "Create and Insert Layer Folder" from the Layer menu.
Instead of a single cell layer, the same folder as the layer name of the destination is created and two layers are included in it.
Move / edit the two layers accordingly. Since it is handled the same as a cell layer, it may not be necessary to join, in particular.
This method can coexist with the line drawing layer and the paint layer as an application.
(It may be easier to work as you do not turn off the timeline)

Thank you very carefully for explaining. Although it is a beginner, the process was easy to understand and it was very helpful. Thank you very much.
