The behavior of tabmate is strange. It starts from pairing when it turns on from the power off.

It is as the title, but once it is connected, there is no disconnection for a while, but it will start from the pairing (light flashes red and blue) again if it is turned on after the power off.
I'm using it while removing and adding tabmate from my Bluetooth device. (Or is this normal?)

It depends on the manufacturer's specifications of the Bluetooth adapter, so it can not be said in general.
