How do you apply the layer mask to certain areas? I clicked the create layer mask, but I don't know what to do after that to apply the mask to the areas that I want it to cover. I would like to know what to do.

4 years agoLayer masks are used to hide unnecessary parts of layers.
You can create a layer mask by pasting a material or tone after taking a selection.
Layer masks can be erased with a rubber eraser or added to the area that can be seen with markers.

4 years agoClick the mask thumbnail → select a transparent color with the tool palette or color circle etc. → paint the part you want to mask
