Mac OS Mojave - ClipStudio Internet Problem

I don't have Internet Explorer installed on my mac.
And I cleared caches on both Safari and Chrome.
But ClipStudio still refuses to connect to the internet.
I can't sign in. And I can't download new brushes.

What should I do?

System:
Macbook12 (2015)
Mac OS Mojave
Version 10.14.5

I have Clip Studio Paint EX newest Version.

    Safari isn't related to Internet Explorer on the Mac.
    Not only deleting the cache, but also deleting cookies and clearing history.
    If there is security software, try to exclude monitoring

    My computer is still seen as offline.

    1. Since I don't have Internet Explorer,
    I tried clearing history and cookies on my other browsers.
    I also cleared my Celsys data.

    2. My system have always had ClipStudio exempt from Security. ClipStudio can change my settings freely.

    It still doesn't work ^^;

    Is CLIP the latest version?
